Before I began my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I extensively studied spirituality and energyhealing at The Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Spiritual Healing Journeys. This rich background of interdisciplinary knowledge gives me a unique set of tools to help guide you on your path of healing.

My education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition fits in beautifully with my interdisciplinary approach to learning and living. I am a certified health coach and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. I am also a certified Reiki energy healing practitioner.
